Founded in 2025 by Stephanie Koontz, a nationally respected leader with over 20 years of experience in federal workforce development and health and human services programs.  Insights/Solutions brings proven expertise and a practical approach to solving organizational challenges.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science and a Master of Science in Gerontology, and is certified in Instructional Design and Lean Six Sigma.
